Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of allergy, hay fever, and the common cold. - Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 6 doses (12 tablets) in 24 hours.
- Children 6 to Under 12 Years: 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 6 doses (6 tablets) in 24 hours.
- Children Under 6 Years: Do not use unless directed by a doctor.
